📌 What Is the Flash Presentation Session?

The Flash Presentation Session is a dedicated segment of the brokerage event where selected participants present their project ideas or collaboration offers related to the 2025 Cluster 2 topics: Culture, Creativity, and Inclusive Society. This platform is ideal for:

• Project Coordinators: Present your research or innovation ideas to find suitable partners.

• Potential Partners: Share your expertise and express interest in joining consortia.
  
  

🧾 Submission Guidelines

To participate:

1. Download the Template: Access the official presentation template from the Download resources section.

2. Prepare Your Presentation: Ensure your presentation:

   • Follows the provided template.

   • Does not exceed the specified number of slides.

   • Clearly outlines your project idea or collaboration offer.

3. Submit Your Presentation: Send your completed presentation to Mr. Mikołaj Pyczak at mikolaj.pyczak@ncbr.gov.pl by 12 May 2025.

Note: Presentations that do not adhere to the template or exceed the slide limit may be rejected without review.

✅ Selection Criteria

Submissions will be evaluated based on:

• Relevance: Alignment with the 2025 Cluster 2 topics.

• Interest Level: Potential to engage and attract participants.

• Clarity: Clear articulation of objectives and collaboration needs.

Given the limited number of slots, not all submissions will be selected. Priority will be given to presentations that demonstrate strong relevance and potential for impactful collaboration.

⏱️ Presentation Format

• Duration: Each presentation is limited to 5 minutes.

• Presenter: The presentation should be delivered by the entity intending to coordinate the proposal.

• Format: Presentations will be conducted virtually during the brokerage event.
